  1. afud.org - American Association for Urologic Disease; founded in 1987 - established to raise funds for research, lay education and patient advocacy for the prevention, detection, management and cure of urologic disease.
  2. slyck.com - a resource for file-sharing news and information. Includes a very detailed listing of related newsgroups on each specific file-sharing program.
  3. MiniDisc.org - information portal about Sony's MD or Mini-Disc media; recently released a 1GB size disc.
  4. CharityNavigator.org - a resource to help you evaluate charitable organizations; also visit "GuideStar" and "CharitableChoices".
  5. Kids.gov - a government portal for kids; provides links to Federal kids' sites along with some of the best kids' sites from other organizations all grouped by subject.
  6. Zooish.com - a useful and interesting resource on anything about animals.
  7. Fundrace.org - access to data on political contributions.
  8. scorereviews.com - access the latest movie reviews and new related items.
  9. viamichelin.com - planning a trip to Europe; are you traveling by car? You will enjoy using this free resource to plot your routes. Register for free and then save time by saving your routes.
  10. PicturesOfPlaces.com - well organized resource with access to pictures of places around the world.
  11. chocophile.com - chocolate lovers will enjoy this online "world of chocolate"!
  12. US-CERT warns against using Internet Explorer - issued 6-29-2004 - U.S. government's Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) is warning Web surfers to stop using Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) browser. If you are concerned an alternative may be Mozilla's next generation Web browser called "FireFox".

  18. Zazzle.coma way to design and sell your own unique products online; also visit "CafePress".
  19. FindHealthNews.com - a searchable index for access to health related news.
  20. SportsAgentIndex.com - every year, thousands of athletes search for an agent to represent them in professional sports. Sports Agent Index is a resource for these athletes to search for and locate qualified agents.
  21. Turs.net - a travel reference and comparison engine; helps looking for airflights, hotel rooms and more. For little more help with hotel rooms try "Hotels-X.".
  22. Autism-resources.com - offering information and links [check out their organized list] regarding the developmental disabilities autism and Asperger's Syndrome.
  23. Froogle.com - use Google's shopping search engine to find items online.
  24. InteractiveJargonGuide.org - a resource that tries to help "decode" the language of the media, telecommunications and IT industries.
  25. BigBlueBall.com - everything about instant messaging including others than just AOL's "IM" plus news and more.
  26. WikiPedia.org - building an open-content encyclopedia in many languages.
  27. IdentiFont.com - font identifier that enables you to identify a font from a sample by answering a series of simple questions.
  28. TV-now.com - well organized resource on TV entertainment.

You can listen to Peter on WPR (Wisconsin Public Radio) - 970AM WHA Radio in Madison, WI monthly! It is broadcast live over the WPR radio network from the 7th floor of Vilas Hall, and is "Web casted" live via Real Audio - you'll need the "Real Audio player". The show is 90 minutes in length and covers the latest in PC computer technology , the Internet and the World Wide Web; show is a question & answer format.
