  4. BoardReader - a new message board (discussion group) search engine; my favorite is still "Google Groups" or the original "Deja" searchable archives.
  5. NCC Privacy - National Consumer Coalition's Privacy Group - news & resource to keep up on this hot topic. Also visit "EPiC" and the "Infostar Techlinks' Privacy Protection Area".
  6. JumpTV - live TV from around the world over the Internet.
  7. Webmergers - a resource for buyers & sellers of technology properties.
  8. LessonPlanet.com - access to 16,000+ lesson plans and other teacher resources.
  9. ClimateHotMap.org - a resource that covers the topic of global warming.
  10. DeveloperDispatch - well organized resource for programmers & Web developers.
  11. MSFrontPage.net - well-organized technical resource dedicated to help Microsoft FrontPage users.
